In light of Fukushima accident, many lessons can be learnt, especially the need of continuous improvement on the national infrastructure on nuclear safety, including legal and regulatory framework, independent regulatory body, leadership and management, and human resources. It is essential to ensure that nuclear safety infrastructure is effective, transparent, and sustainable.
The Seminar's theme will focus on Effectiveness, Transparency, and Sustainability Elements of Nuclear Safety.
