At the meeting, the two sides hailed the active development in the Viet Nam-China Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership and socio-economic achievements in respective countries.

State President Quang highly valued the contributions of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference as well as of Mr. Yu Zhengsheng to the development of the bilateral ties between the two Parties and States.

He suggested the two sides should continue joint efforts to push for the popularization of the common perceptions reached by their high-ranking leaders among the two countries’ agencies and administration at all levels so that the perceptions could be realized with specific actions in order to create significant changes in cooperation across fields.

He also asked the Viet Nam Fatherland Front and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference to deepen their cooperation to increase mutual understanding and trust between the two peoples.

Mr. Yu Zhengsheng spoke highly of the State visit of the Vietnamese leader, confirming that the Chinese Party, Government and people highly appreciate the relationship with Viet Nam.

He said the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference attaches importance to the ties with the Viet Nam Fatherland Front in strengthening the two countries’ exchanges and cooperation for fundamental and long-term benefits of the two peoples.

The same day, at his reception for Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee’s Secretariat Liu Yunshan, State President Quang expressed pleasures at the effective realization of the cooperative mechanisms between the two Parties and States.

He suggested the two sides continue upholding the role of the current mechanisms, especially the meetings of Politburo members and the Viet Nam – China Steering Committee for Bilateral Cooperation.

Mr. Liu Yunshan highly appreciated opinions of the State President on the development of the relations between the two Parties and States, agreeing the two sides should enhance experience exchanges and promote the role of the bilateral cooperative mechanisms for the healthy and stable advancement of the bilateral relations./.
