Vietnam's Nov coffee exports seen rising to 100,000 T
Friday, November 27,2015AsemconnectVietnam - Vietnam will export an estimated 100,000 tonnes (1.67 million 60-kg bags) of coffee this month, up 19 percent from a year earlier, the first monthly rise since July 2015, the government said on Thursday, in line with market expectations.
October shipments were revised down to 89,000 tonnes, bringing Vietnam's coffee exports in the 2015/2016 season to 189,000 tonnes (3.15 million bags), up 5 percent from a year earlier, the General Statistics Office said in a monthly report.
Traders had forecast coffee exports in November, the second month of the 2015/2016 crop year, at between 90,000 tonnes and 110,000 tonnes.
