In furtherance of the Prime Minister's Decision No. 1285 / QD-TTg of October 1, 2018, approving the Project "Development of scientific and technological information sources for scientific research and technological development by 2025, Orientation to 2030”, the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province promulgates the implementation plan as follows:
I. Purpose, request

Organize the timely and effective implementation of the objectives, tasks and solutions identified in the Prime Minister's Decision No. 1285 / QD-TTg of October 1, 2018, approving the Project “Phat develop scientific and technological information sources in service of scientific research and technological development until 2025, with orientations toward 2030 ”(hereinafter referred to as the Project) to ensure conformity with the conditions of the province and specifically for with levels, branches and localities.

1. Building and developing scientific and technological information sources in Ninh Binh province

III. Funding and implementation roadmap

- Other funding sources: Enterprise capital, grants, aid and other lawful sources of mobilization for the development of scientific and technological information sources.
- Integrating implementation with other related programs and projects.

IV. Organization of implementation
1. Department of Science and Technology
a) To be the lead agency in implementing the Plan. 5. Departments, boards and branches; People's Committees of districts and cities
