3.61 million tons of crude oil exported in 11 months of 2018
Tuesday, December 18,2018AsemconnectVietnam - Vietnam’s exports of crude oil reached 3.61 million tons worth of US$2.04 billion in the first 11 months of this year, down by 42.4 per cent in quantity and by 21.5 per cent in value over the same period last year, according to the figures of the General Department of Customs.
Meanwhile, the exports to Thailand decreased by 7.8 per cent in quantity but increased by 25.6 per cent in value to 854,086 tons worth of $491.47 million; to Australia – up by 33.2 per cent in quantity and 77 per cent in value to 690,907 tons worth of $390.01 million.
Besides, the country also exported crude oil to Japan – 348,569 tons worth of $192.63 million, down by 55 per cent in quantity and 40 per cent in value; to the U.S – 132,671 tons worth of $68.42 million, down by 40 per cent in quantity and by 24.6 per cent in value; to Singapore – 135,244 tons worth of $72.49 million, down by 75 per cent in quantity and 66.5 per cent in value; to South Korea – 162,561 tons worth of $100.81 million, down by 31 per cent in quantity and 0.7 per cent in value; to Malaysia – 79,185 tons worth of $42.27 million, down by 84.9 per cent in quantity and 80 per cent in value.
