AsemconnectVietnam - On Wednesday, Robusta coffee prices in Vietnam's Central Highlands, the country's largest coffee-growing area rose by 400 VND to VND49,000 – 49,400 per kg compared to Yesterday, according to Kinhtedothi.com.

Cư M'gar of Dak Lak provided the maximum price of VND49,400/kg, while traders in Lam Dong province offered the lowest price of VND49,000 /kg. Robusta coffee increased to VND49,000 per kg in Bao Loc, Di Linh, and Lam Ha; to VND49,300- 49,400 per kg in Dak Lak; to VND49,200-49,300 per kg in Dak Nong; to VND49,300 per kg in Kon Tum, and to VND49,200-49,300 per kg in Gia Lai.
Coffee exports from Vietnam are estimated to have decreased 1.6% in the first quarter of 2023 from a year earlier to 572,000 tonnes, equivalent to 9.5 million 60-kg (130-pound) bags, the General Statistics Office said on Wednesday. Coffee export revenue for Vietnam, the world's biggest producer of the robusta bean, fell 2.3% to $1.3 billion in the January-March period, the agency said. The country's coffee shipments in March are estimated at 230,000 tonnes, valued at $522 million.
