AsemconnectVietnam - Thuan An Wood Processing Joint Stock Company (GTA) has just announced the Resolution of the Board of Directors meeting on June 29, 2023 approving the business results of the first 6 months and the business plan for the third quarter.

Specifically, in the first 6 months of 2023, the Company recorded total revenue of VND119.8 billion, total expenses of VND114.5 billion and pre-tax profit of VND5.35 billion.
In 2023, the joint stock company plans to achieve total revenue of VND332 billion, total costs of VND321.3 billion and pre-tax profit of VND10.7 billion.
Thus, with the results of the first 6 months, the Company has completed 36.1% of the revenue plan and 50% of the plan for pre-tax profit.
Regarding the business plan for the third quarter of 2023, Thuan An Wood Processing Joint Stock Company sets a target of total revenue of VND54.9 billion, total costs of VND52.7 billion and profit before tax of VND2.18 billion.
The company approved the expected time to pay the 2022 dividend before September 30, 2023, the dividend payment rate is 6.5% / par value (1 share will receive VND650).
Regarding the land rent at Binh Phuoc branch, the GTA Board of Directors assigned the executive committee to continue working with the authorities to propose and explain to reduce the land rent to ensure compliance with regulations.
Recently, the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province issued Official Letter 1411/UBND-KT on publicizing on the website of cases where the land is not put into use or the land use progress is delayed. In the list issued together with Official Letter No. 1411 of the Provincial People's Committee, as of September 30, 2022, there are 41 projects and works in the province that have not been put into use, with a total land area of more than 410 hectares.
Thuan An Wood Processing Joint Stock Company has a project to build a wood processing factory of more than 19.4 hectares that has not been put into use. GTA's BOD resolution dated September 29 included the assignment of the Board of Directors of the company to report to the Group on the progress of land use in Binh Phuoc, which is the basis for reporting to the leaders of Binh Phuoc province.
