AsemconnectVietnam - Vinhomes Joint Stock Company (stock code VHM) has announced the consolidated financial statements for the first quarter of 2023 in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).

Total consolidated net revenue recorded in the first quarter of 2023 reached VND29,299 billion, up 228% compared to the same period in 2022, mainly thanks to the handover of 2,600 low-rise real estate units at the Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 Grand project.
Total consolidated net revenue converted, including revenue from Vinhomes' operations, business cooperation contracts (BCCs) and real estate transfer recognized in financial income reached VND42,485 billion, up 198% over the same period in 2022, equivalent to 42% of the 2023 plan. Total consolidated profit after tax reached VND11,923 billion, up 152% over the same period last year and completing 40% of the year plan. Earnings per share (EPS) in the first quarter of 2023 reached VND2,737.
As of March 31, 2023, the scale of Vinhomes' total assets and equity reached VND378 trillion and VND160 trillion, respectively, increasing by 4.4% and 8% respectively compared to 31 December 2022.
In the first quarter of 2023, Vinhomes continues to make a mark with many outstanding activities for residents. On March 11, 2023, Vinhomes held a ceremony to hand over more than 1,000 pink books to residents of The Rainbow subdivision (Vinhomes Grand Park, HCMC). This event has affirmed the prestige of Vinhomes - the leading real estate investor in Vietnam when it always strictly enforces its obligations to residents and customers.
Vinhomes also affirms the No. 1 real estate operator brand in the market when maintaining a series of resident engagement programs, contributing to building the most livable megacities. Also in the first quarter of 2023, Vinhomes officially launched a new product - The first Mega Complex in Vinhomes Ocean Park 2, designed according to the model of the world famous luxury complex shopping streets.
