AsemconnectVietnam - Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation (code REE - HoSE) plans to increase revenue by 17% to VND10,962 billion and profit to increase slightly by 0.3% to VND2,700 billion in 2023.

In 2023, the company sets a target of VND10,962 billion in revenue and VND2,700 billion in profit after tax, respectively increasing by 17% and 0.3% compared to the implementation in 2022.
In which, the energy sector is expected to see revenue of VND5,198 billion, down 3.1% over the same period and profit after tax of VND1,351 billion, down 18.9% over the same period; in the field of mechanical and electrical refrigeration, revenue is expected to record VND3,383 billion, up 20.1% over the same period and profit after tax is expected to be VND160 billion, up 20.2% over the same period; in the real estate sector, the revenue is expected to be VND2,230 billion, up 115.1% over the same period and the profit after tax is expected to be VND930 billion, up 60.7% over the same period; and clean water and environment, revenue is expected to record VND151 billion, down 1.8% and profit after tax is expected to be VND335 billion, down 1.1% compared to the realization in 2022.
The company said it will set a kidney business plan in the energy sector because in the context of macroeconomic and geopolitical difficulties expected to continue, the fishery conditions are forecasted to become more disadvantageous. It is known that the company currently owns a portfolio of assets in which hydroelectric power plants account for more than 50% of the total installed capacity.
For the real estate sector, in the new financial year, the company said it will complete the compensation and site clearance process and apply for a construction permit for the Phu Hoi commercial housing project. For Bo Xuyen commercial housing project, the Company is expected to sell 100% of low-rise housing products.
For the office leasing segment, in 2023, the company sets a target of 98.5% occupancy rate of office buildings. In which, it is expected that in the fourth quarter of 2023, the etown 6 building will be put into operation with a total leasable area of 36,798 m2 and rent from 29 USD/m2, the expected occupancy rate at 30% in the first quarter of operation.
On March 31, 2023, Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation will hold the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in Ho Chi Minh City.
