DECISION
ANNULMENT OF THE ENTIRETY OF THE PRIME MINISTER’S DECISION NO. 78/2010/QD-TTg DATED NOVEMBER 30, 2010 ON DUTY-FREE AND VAT-FREE VALUES OF IMPORTS SENT BY EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICES
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015; the Law dated November 22, 2019 on Amendments to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015 and the Law on Local Government Organization;
Pursuant to the Law on Export and Import Duties dated April 06, 2016;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 134/2016/ND-CP dated September 01, 2016 elaborating the Law on Export and Import Duties; the Government’s Decree No. 18/2021/ND-CP dated March 11, 2021 on amendments to the Government’s Decree No. 134/2016/ND-CP dated September 01, 2016 elaborating the Law on Export and Import Duties;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 174/2024/QH15 dated November 30, 2024 on the 8th meeting session of the 15th National Assembly;
At the request of the Minister of Finance;
The Prime Minister promulgates a Decision on annulment of the entirety of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 78/2010/QD-TTg dated November 30, 2010 on duty-free and VAT-free values of imports sent by express delivery services.
Article 1. Annulment of the entirety of Decision No. 78/2010/QD-TTg
The entirety of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 78/2010/QD-TTgdated November 30, 2010 on duty-free and VAT-free values of imports sent by express delivery services is hereby annulled.
Article 2. Implementation clauses
1. This Decision comes into force from February 18, 2025.
2. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of governmental agencies, Presidents of the People’s Committees of provinces and centrally affiliated cities, and relevant units are responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
