CIRCULAR
ANNULMENT OF REGULATIONS ON EXAMINATION AND ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES UNDER CONTINUING EDUCATION SPECIFIED IN DECISION NO. 30/2008/QD-BGDDT DATED JUNE 6, 2008 OF MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ON TRAINING, IMPROVEMENT, EXAMINATION AND ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES AND COMPUTER UNDER CONTINUING EDUCATION
Pursuant to the Law on Promulgation of Legislative Documents dated June 22, 2015;
Pursuant to Decree No.34/2016/ND-CP dated May 14, 2016 of Government on elaborating and providing guidelines on implementation of a number of Articles of law on Promulgation of Legislative Documents;
Pursuant to Decree 69/2017/ND-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government on functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
At the request of the Director General of Quality Assurance Department;
Minister of Education and Training promulgates Circular on annulment of regulations on examination and issuance of certificate of foreign languages under continuing education specified in Decision No. 30/2008/QD-BGDDT dated June 6, 2008 of Minister of Education and Training on training, improvement, examination and issuance of certificates of foreign languages and computer under continuing education.
Article 1. Annuls regulations on examination and issuance of certificate of foreign languages under continuing education specified in Decision No. 30/2008/QD-BGDDT dated June 6, 2008 of Minister of Education and Training on training, improvement, examination and issuance of certificates of foreign languages and computer under continuing education.
Article 2. This Circular comes into force from January 15, 2020.
Certificates of foreign languages issued in accordance with Decision No. 30/2008/QD-BGDDT dated June 6, 2008 of Minister of Education and Training on training, improvement, examination and issuance of certificates of foreign languages and computer under continuing education is still valid.
Courses on traning, examination and issuance of certificates of foreign languages under continuing education that are being implemented before the effective date hereof shall continue to proceed until such courses conclude.
Article 3. Chief of Office, Director General of Quality Assurance Department, heads of relevant entities affiliated to Ministry of Education and Training; Chairpersons of People’s Committees of provinces and central-affiliated cities; directors of higher education institutes, academies; principals of higher education institutes; principals of teachers training colleges; principals of teacher training vocational schools; directors of education and training departments; heads of relevant agencies and entities are responsible for implementation of this Circular./.
