1. Supporting the cooperation in human resource training among training centers and industrial/services companies for the upgrade of the value chains of products, upgrade and establishment of required industry groups

Supporting the training, supply of high-quality human resources for the development of competitive commodities

Target entities
|
The training centers, companies involving in: Electronics and IT, textile and garment, food processing, agricultural machinery; and tourist services companies.

Key components
|
- Evaluating the human resources for the development of the mentioned industries and supply of high-quality human resources, skilled workers in the mentioned industries;
- Evaluating the qualification of training centers and demand for high-grade human resources, workers for production and development of the industries;
- Reviewing, modifying and proposal the plans for human resource training and development for the mentioned industries;
- Developing and supporting the execution of joint training programs between the training centers, particularly in-house training agencies, and the companies in the industry groups;
- Proposing capacity building plan for training centers, particularly those providing in-house training to the companies of the industry groups.

Long-term: Constructing 01 main quay to cater large tourist cruisers and a wharf to be as close to Ho Chi Minh City as possible.
