Exports to Britain increased

AsemconnectVietnam - Vietnam exported US$3.1 billion worth of goods to Britain in the first 7 months of this year, increased sharply by 11.37 per cent over the same period last year, showed the statistics figures of the General Department of Customs.
In July, the country earned $427.4 million from exports of goods to Britain, down by 12.9 per cent month – on – month and by 2.7 per cent year – on – year.
The country exported 28 items to Britain in the first seven months of this year, leading by telephones and components with the export turnover of $1.2 billion; textiles and garments - $428.9 million; and footwear of all kinds - $375.3 million.
The exports of electric wires and cables to Britain in the first seven months of this year increased sharply by 4.07 times or 307.97 per cent over the same period last year to $3.9 million.
