In May, the exports of cameras and camcorders increased by 73.4 per cent over the previous month and by 61.1 per cent over the same month of 2017.

China was the country’s biggest export market of cameras and camcorders in the first five months of this year with $ 739.06 million, up by 10.9 per cent year – on – year and accounted for 44 per cent of the total.

Meanwhile, the exports of cameras and camcorders to Hong Kong were up by 39.3 per cent to $ 487.24 million; to South Korea – up by 352.5 per cent to $ 152.52 million; to EU – u by 11.8 per cent to $ 8.09 million; to the South East Asian countries – up by 83 per cent to $ 7.3 million.

In the first five months of this year, the country’s exports of cameras, camcorders to Australia rocketed by 463.7 per cent to $ 1.96 million; to the Netherlands – up by 98.9 per cent to $ 4.99 million; to the Philippines – up by 83 per cent to $ 7.3 million; to Hong Kong – up by 39.3 per cent to $ 487.24 million.

However, the exports of cameras and camcorders to the U.S fell by 42.8 per cent to $ 18.13 million; to Germany – down by 34.53 per cent to $ 3.09 million; and to Canada – down by 18.9 per cent to $ 1.98 million.
