Exports to Netherlands reached US$ 2.9 billion in five months
Thursday, June 21,2018AsemconnectVietnam - Vietnam’s exports of goods to the Netherlands reached US$ 2.9 billion in the first five months of this year, increased by 10.75 per cent over the same period last year, according to the statistics figures of the General Department of Customs.
It was followed by telephones and accessories with $ 566.1million, up by 8.48 per cent; and then footwear of all kinds - $ 227.7 million, up by 4.03 per cent.
In the first five months of this year, the country’s exports of ordinary metals and products to the Netherlands increased sharply by 148.59 per cent to $ 2.5 million.
Meanwhile he exports of rubber fell sharply by 46.2 per cent to $ 4.3 million; rice - down by 32.27 per cent to $ 679,900; pepper - down by 22.53 per cent to $ 14,700; and coffee - down by 17.8 per cent to $ 11,300.
