Vietnam reports significant growth of seafood exports to Russia

AsemconnectVietnam - Vietnam's export of seafood to Russia has increased exponentially year-to-date, the Vietnam's Association of Seafood Producers and Exporters said on Monday.
"Deliveries of certain kinds of seafood to Russia, particularly squids and octopuses, rose ninefold year-on-year in the first quarter of this year," the Association said. Vietnam's exporters of these kinds of produce earned over $1 mln over the first three months of this year.
Experts believe that Vietnam's seafood exports to the Russian market will continue growing further on. The country is among top ten seafood producers and exporters on the global market.
