In March only, the country’s exports of fruits and vegetables reached nearly $ 321.58 million, up by 20.4 per cent over the previous month and by 145 per cent over the same month of 2017

In the period, the country’s exports of fruits and vegetables to China increased by 42 per cent over the same quarter of last year to $ 726.62 million.

Besides, the exports of fruits and vegetables to the U.S reached $ 28.95 million, up by 18.3 per cent; to Japan - $ 28.38 million, up by 26.4 per cent; to South Korea - $ 23.93 million, up by 8.3 per cent; to Malaysia - $ 14.54 million, up by 19 per cent; to the Netherlands - $ 13.32 million, up by 22.7 per cent; and to the U.A.E - $ 10.2 million, up by 15 per cent.

Especially, the exports of fruits and vegetables to Cambodia rocketed by 247.9 per cent; to Kuwait – up by 150 per cent; to Italy – up by 39.5 per cent; to France – up by 61.7 per cent.
