Vietnam March coffee exports up 54.1 pct at 200,210 tons
Thursday, April 12,2018AsemconnectVietnam - Vietnam, the world's top robusta producer, exported 200,210 tonnes (3.34 million 60-kg bags) of coffee in March, customs data, higher than the government estimate of 180,000 tonnes.
Coffee exports in March were 54.1 percent higher than in February, Vietnam Customs said in a monthly report.
Coffee exports in January-March rose 17 percent from a year earlier to 529,244 tonnes, the customs department said. Coffee export revenue in the three-month period rose 0.1 percent to $1.3 billion.
