Auto imports decreased in ten months

AsemconnectVietnam - Vietnam imported 77,336 autos worth of US$ 1.7 billion in the first ten months of this year, down by 11 per cent in quantity and 13 per cent in value over the same period last year, showed the statistics figures of the General Department of Customs.
Thailand was the country’s biggest auto import market in the first ten months of this year with 28,889 units worth of $ 530.31 million. Indonesia ranked second with 16,120 units worth of $ 284.76 million.
The imports from China reached 7.504 units worth of $ 274.61 million.
