The figure brought the country’s total exports of cell phones and accessories in the first four months of this year to $ 12.1 billion, up by 6.9 per cent over the same period of 2016.

Vietnam exported cell phones and accessories to 30 countries all over the world, leading by the U.S with the export turnover of over $ 1.3 billion, down by 4.92 per cent year – on – year and accounted for 11.4 per cent of the total. It was followed by the U.A.E with $ 1.2 billion, down by 18.77 per cent; South Korea - $ 1.1 billion, up by over 33 per cent.

In the first four months of this year, the country’s exports of goods to Cambodia rocketed by 2,891.11 per cent year – on – year to $ 6,500.

Meanwhile, the exports to Brazil and Japan also increased sharply by 91.36 per cent and 62.78 per cent, respectively.
