Vietnam's March coffee exports hit 168,000 tonnes

AsemconnectVietnam - Vietnam, the world's top robusta producer, exported 168,000 tonnes (2.8 million 60-kg bags) of coffee in March, up 14.8 percent from the previous month, Vietnam Customs said on Monday, slightly above market expectations.
Traders had forecast coffee exports for March at between 140,000 to 160,000 tonnes, while the government estimated the volume at 180,000 tonnes.
