Vietnam's Jan-Feb crude oil exports fall 9.6 pct y/y
Wednesday, March 1,2017AsemconnectVietnam - Vietnam's January-February crude oil exports fell 9.6 percent from a year ago to an estimated 1.04 million tonnes, or 129,000 barrels per day (bpd), the government said on Tuesday.
Crude oil export revenue in the two months, however, rose 46.3 percent from the same time last year to $432 million, the government's General Statistics Office said in its monthly report.
Oil product imports increased 1.8 percent in the same period to an estimated 1.7 million tonnes, while the value jumped 80.5 percent to $927 million, the report said.
Vietnam's liquefied petroleum gas imports during the first two month of this year were down 0.8 percent from a year ago to 224,000 tonnes, it said.
