Among goods imported from Indonesia, there were 2 groups accounting for over 10 per cent, equivalent to over 500 million USD, including coal of all kinds, which accounted for 15.23 per cent of the market share, reaching 868.62 million USD, up by 10.1 per cent; CBU cars saw strong growths with an increase of 132.33 per cent over the same period of the previous year, reaching 626.24 million USD, accounting for 10.98 per cent of the total market share.

In addition, there were 13 other commodity groups with the import value of hundreds of millions of USD. In particular, all kinds of iron and steel saw the strongest increase of 124.6 per cent over the same period of the previous year to reach 391.18 million USD. The next was seafood - increased by 33.88 per cent to 128.4 million USD.

Vietnam also reduced imports of oil and grease (-23.4 per cent), paper of all kinds (-18.78 per cent), chemicals (-22.07 per cent), plastic materials (- 16.56 per cent), aromatic substances, cosmetics and toilet preparations (-27.31 per cent), iron and steel products (-22.82 per cent), glass and glass products (-19, 95 per cent), etc.

With the annual import value of tens of millions of dollars, the group of tobacco raw materials increased by 166.14 per cent over the same period of the previous year to reach 51.33 million USD; cotton of all kinds - increased by 88.33 per cent to 14.28 million USD.

At the lowest value were two other product groups from oil (9.99 million USD) and other common metal products (8.48 million USD).
