U15 int’l football event to come to Da Nang
Wednesday, June 7,2017AsemconnectVietnam - The 2017 U15 International Football Challenge Cup will take place in the central city of Da Nang from June 14-18.
The tournament will see competition among four teams from Vietnam, China, Myanmar, and Indonesia, the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) said on June 6.
The winner of the tournament will be awarded with a cup, a gold medal and 3,000 USD in cash. The second and third prize winners will receive a cash award worth 1,500 USD and 1,000 USD.
The most outstanding players will also be honoured.
The competition contributes to training up young players for the national team. It also helps the players to be well prepared for other international and regional U15 tournaments.
The tournament is sponsored by the Thieu Nien Tien Phong Plastic JSC.
