Hoang Anh Gia Lai defeats Chinese Taipei in U19 tourney
Monday, April 17,2017AsemconnectVietnam - Hoang Anh Gia Lai U19 football team of Vietnam beat Chinese Taipei 4-1 at the International U19 Football Tournament in the central province of Khanh Hoa on April 16.
Tien Dat opened the scoring for the Vietnamese side in the 25th minute while Quang Nho made it 2 – 0 in the 63rd minute.
In the 77th minute, Hoang Tu grabbed his team’s third, while Trung Nghia completed the rout nine minutes later.
Chinese Taipei scored a consolation goal late on.
The International U19 Football Tournament kicked off in Khanh Hoa’s Nha Trang city on April 11 with the participation of five teams, from Chinese Taipei, Myanmar and the Republic of Korea, and two teams from Vietnam.
It is organised by the Thanh Nien Media Corporation and the Vietnam Football Federation and will run until April 22.
