Vietnam in Group B of world volleyball event
Tuesday, March 28,2017AsemconnectVietnam - Vietnam are in Group B of the qualifying round of the 2018 World Women’s Volleyball Championship, Asia zone, according to a recent draw.
The team will compete alongside the Republic of Korea, Thailand and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea in September.
Group A consists of China, Kazakhstan, Australia, Chinese Taipei and Fiji. The best two teams of each group will enter the final round of the event, which is scheduled to be held in Japan from September 30 to October 21 next year.
Vietnam will bring many young aces to the tournament, including Tran Thi Thanh Thuy, Le Thanh Thuy, Ha Ngoc Diem and Nguyen Linh Chi.
