Brand investigation service for assessment of brand protection capability

AsemconnectVietnam - If a brand, which has submitted form for and been granted protection certificate, but its owner hasn’t used it, the third party may submit form to ask the National Office of Intellectual Property to annul the brand protection certificate of the owner of that brand, in case the brand hasn’t been used in 5 consecutive years as from the date of submitting form for being granted protection certificate.
Vietnam Industry and Trade Information Center, under the Ministry of Industry and Trade has function in investigating the information related to the use of brands on Vietnam’s market.
The investigation results will be available after 3-5 working days.
Investigation fee: VND 3,600,000 per brand (not included VAT)
