In its fifth edition, the Vietnam Best Places to Work Survey continues to measure the employers’ brands of 674 enterprises in 25 industries. This year, Vinamilk holds on to the top spot and is described as having professional people, dynamic environment, competitive salaries, health benefits, and travel and phone allowances.

In addition to the highly rated enterprises such as Nestlé Vietnam, KPMG, Cargill, Sanofi, Manulife, Vingroup and Samsung, this year sees the rise of some new names like FWD Vietnam, Duy Tan Plastic, DKSH, Chubb Life, Greenfeed and L’Oreal.

Unilever Vietnam maintained the top spot in the Vietnam Best Places to Work Survey from 2013 to 2016. This is a vivid illustration of the company’s dedication and endeavors over the past 23 years in its journey to become the Most Admired Company in Vietnam, with a strong mission of Making Vietnamese Lives Better.

Given honor and responsibilities of a trusted company, from 2017, Unilever has participated in the survey as Strategic Knowledge Partner. In this new role, the company advises Anphabe on survey trends, and shares knowledge and best practices in developing human resources and building ideal workplace for talents and community.

At the conference, Unilever Vietnam also chaired two sessions on “Building a resourceful organization while developing Gen Y workforce” and “Upgrading Vietnam’s workforce competence”
