There will also be 84 attached townhouses of between 70 and 135 square meters each, including 67 social and 17 commercial units, said the company, whose full name is Hoang Quan Mekong Consulting - Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation.

The project will feature internal facilities offering living convenience for residents, such as clinic, primary school, park and shopping mall.

This is the second project by Hoang Quan in Vinh Long, which now has the largest number of social homes in the Mekong Delta. The previous project implemented by Hoang Quan at Binh Minh Industrial Zone with 1,863 homes worth some VND610 billion was by far the region’s biggest social housing project.

Social homes are for low-income people and partially financed by the Government through interest rate subsidies.
