Accordingly, VPBank’s total assets as of December 31, 2014 reached over 163.241 trillion dong, up 34.6 percent from 2013. The credit growth amounted to 49.37 percent while the lending to customers rose from over 52.474 trillion dong in 2013 to over 78.378 trillion dong as of December 31, 2014.

As of December 31, 2015, VPBank’s mobilisation growth in 2014 arrived at more than 29 percent with customers’ deposit reaching more than 108.353 trillion dong while the bad debt ratio was 2.54 percent, down from the 2.81 percent at the end of 2013.

VPBank’s consolidated report says that the lender’s net interest income in 2014 got to 5.291 trillion dong, up 27.44 percent from 2013.

The profit from service and investment securities hiked 13.54 percent and 150.44 percent respectively from 2013. In 2014, VPBank recorded loss from foreign currency and gold, business securities and other activities.

VPBank’s operating cost in 2014 was over 3.682 trillion dong, up 36.2 percent from 2013.

Prior to the risk provisioning, VPBank recorded a profit of 2.588 trillion dong, up 18.7 percent. The bank’s after-tax profit in 2014 touched nearly 1.264 trillion dong, up 23.19 percent year-on-year.

VPBank’s Earnings per share (EPS) in 2014 was 1,975 dong.

At the end of 2014, VPBank’s report shows that the bank owns over 3.951 trillion dong. The special bonds are issued by Vietnam Asset Management Company (VAMC), meaning that the bank sold over 3.956 trillion dong bad debts to the company.
