Ocean Securities rises capital to 600b dong
Thursday, October 23,2014AsemconnectVietnam - According to Ocean Securities Joint Stock Company (coded OCS), on October 20, 2014 the leader of the State Securities Commission signed the adjusted license No.27/GPĐC-UBCK to allow OCS to increase its charter capital from 300 billion dong to 600 billion dong.
According to the business result in the third quarter, the company achieved 62.3 billion dong in revenue, in which other revenues accounted the highest proportion with 36.8 billion dong and 22.2 billion dong of brokerage revenues, 1.8 billion dong of revenues of securities investment; after-tax profit of nearly 11.5 billion. Cumulatively, in the first nine months, the company gained over 159 billion dong in revenues and 36.6 billion dong after-tax profit compared with 12 billion dong of a year ago.
