PVI targets to earn 153b dong after-tax profit in H2/2014

AsemconnectVietnam - PVI JSC (coded PVI) has announced the Resolution of the Board of directors on the business results in H1/2014 and the plan for the second six months of 2014.
Specifically, in the first six month of this year, the company gained 4.247 trillion dong of the consolidated revenue and 105.8 billion dong of the after-tax profit, completing 43.6 percent of the year’s profit plan.
With this result, PVI aims to achieve total revenue of 3.327 trillion dong and after-tax profit of 153 billion dong for the second half of 2014.
It is estimated that in 2014, PVI’s total revenue stands at about 7.575 trillion dong, the after-tax profit of 259.2 billion dong, up 2 percent and 6 percent respectively from the previous set target.
