Trung Nguyen Legend launches premier coffee capsules

The coffee industry has posted impressive growth with single-serve coffee products gaining more popularity. According to the market research firm Euromonitor, the two leading single-serve brands are Green Mountain and Nespresso, which report annual average revenue of US$534 million each.
In Vietnam, the modern lifestyle has fueled the demand of local consumers for enjoying coffee in the Western European style, hence the fast emergence of single-serve coffee products. According to experts, sales of coffee capsule products in Vietnam are expected to surge to some VND300 billion (US$12.9 million) in the next three years as coffee capsule consumption is likely to become a new market trend.
Early this month, Trung Nguyen Legend Capsule together with LegendEra coffeemakers made debut on the market, targeting high-class consumers. The launch of these products, after the introduction in June of three other products, has helped cement the leading position of Trung Nguyen Legend on the local coffee market.

In addition, Trung Nguyen Legend is one of the first coffee processors in the world to use the environmentally-friendly biodegradable coffee capsule packaging. While most of the other capsules worldwide are made from aluminum and plastics, which can take up to 150-200 years or even 500 years to decompose completely, Trung Nguyen Legend Capsule packaging can biodegrade in the natural environment within only 18 weeks.
Further, the first oxygen tight biodegradable coffee capsule applying for Trung Nguyen Legend Capsule which helps keep the freshness and flavor of the products.
Moreover, LegendEra coffeemakers with black and grey versions can be used for other kinds of coffee capsules, helping customers enjoy coffee everywhere.
