Vietjet offers millions of promotional tickets
Saturday, September 22,2018AsemconnectVietnam - Vietnam's budget carrier Vietjet has announced it will sell millions of promotional tickets with a departure period fixed for Lunar New Year 2019.
The promotional tickets can be applied to Vietnamese and Thai domestic routes and international routes connecting Vietnam and Tokyo, Osaka (Japan)/Seoul, Busan, Daegu (South Korea)/Hong Kong/Kaohsiung, Taipei, Taichung, Tainan (Taiwan)/Singapore/Bangkok, Phuket, Chiangmai (Thailand)/Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia)/Yangon (Myanmar)/Siem Reap (Cambodia), with a flight period from January 22 to February 18, 2019.
The budget carrier will also inaugurate new routes, increasing the number of flights to serve the rising demand for travel during the Lunar New Year (Tet) holidays.
On the occasion, Vietjet is offering promotional tickets on September 19 to 21, during the “golden hours” from noon to 2 p.m. (GMT+7), with 2.6 million tickets priced from zero Vietnam dong on its website, www.vietjetair.com.
Promotional tickets can be applied to all Vietnamese and Thai domestic and international routes. The flight period for Vietnamese and Thai domestic routes is from October 15, 2018, to March 30, 2019, while the flight period for the international routes is from October 15, 2018, to June 30, 2019.
Specifically, the flight period for the Hanoi–Osaka (Japan) route is from November 8, 2018, to March 30, 2019; HCM C–Osaka (Japan), December 14, 2018, to March 30, 2019; Hanoi–Tokyo (Narita-Japan), January 11 to March 30, 2019; and Hanoi–Taichung (Taiwan), October 15, 2018, to March 30, 2019.
Promotional tickets are available through all sales channels during Vietjet’s golden hours every day on www.vietjetair.com (also compatible with smartphones at https://m.vietjetair.com) or www.facebook.com/vietjetvietnam.
Payment can be made with international debit and credit cards, including Visa/MasterCard/AMEX/JCB/KCP/Union, or with any ATM card issued by 34 Vietnamese banks and registered for internet banking.
The early birds will enjoy discounted tickets. Passengers can stay up to date on these promotional offers on www.vietjetair.com to avoid unexpected situations during the peak time of the Tet holidays.
Currently, Vietjet operates 60 A320 and A321 aircraft, with more than 385 flights daily, carrying more than 60 million passengers to date on 94 routes covering destinations in Vietnam as well as international destinations such as Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Taiwan, China, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia and Cambodia.
Vietjet plans to expand its network across the Asia-Pacific region. Recently, the carrier signed a contract to purchase new, modern aircraft from the world’s leading aircraft manufacturers.
