The deals will offer more favorable conditions and open up new opportunities for broader cooperation between Vietnam and its partners, including Switzerland, Anh told his guest, saying that he believes the Swiss official’s visit will make new breakthroughs in the partnership between the two nations.
In reply, Leuthard highlighted potential for future cooperation between the two countries and greatly values ties with Vietnam in multiple fields especially when negotiations for the free trade agreement between Vietnam and the EFTA have steadily progressed, thus helping further boost the strategic partnership between Vietnam and Switzerland.
