Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung to visit Malaysia, Singapore
Tuesday, August 4,2015AsemconnectVietnam - Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and his spouse will pay an official visit to Malaysia from August 7-8 and then travel to Singapore to attend a ceremony to mark the country’s National Day on August 9.
The visits are made at the invitation of Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Rajak and Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.
Vietnam and Malaysia set up diplomatic ties in 1973 and signed a joint statement on the comprehensive cooperation framework in 21st century in 2004. The bilateral relationship has ceaselessly developed in various fields, including politics, economics, defence and security.
