This marks the fifth consecutive year that Vietjet has engaged in the fund’s activities, contributing billions of Vietnam dong and meaningful gifts for the youth over the years.

The Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund was established in 1999 under the initiative of the Young Pioneers Newspaper. The Fund has granted more than 80,000 scholarships to outstanding ethnic minority students over the past 19 years. In supporting the Fund, Vietjet has transported hundreds of students back home for the Tet holidays and summer vacations.

Besides this, the carrier has regularly organized and been involved in meaningful activities such as hosting vocational training courses for the disabled, the youth and orphans in SOS Children’s Villages and Social Protection Centers among others.

Vietjet now operates 60 aircraft, including A320s and A321s, making over 385 daily flights on 82 domestic and international routes connecting Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Taiwan, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar, Malaysia and Cambodia. It has carried more than 60 million passengers to date.
