Vietnam Airlines named among Vietnam’s top 10 sustainable businesses

AsemconnectVietnam - National flag carrier Vietnam Airlines has been honored as one of Vietnam’s 10 top sustainable businesses in 2017.
The annual award, presented by the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency and the Vietnam Economic Times on April 14, acknowledges domestic firms with outstanding business performance and significant contributions to social development.
The award’s criteria include business performance, trade mark protection, product/service quality, management capacity, human resources, corporate responsibility, and environmental protection.
Over the past 2 decades, Vietnam Airlines has enjoyed average annual passenger growth of 11% and aggressively responded to humanitarian programs such as Operation Smile and building houses for people in flood-prone areas.
