1. Scope and boundaries of research planning:

- North: adjacent to the road connecting Highway 1A with the coastal road 129.

4. Space development orientation:
a) Organization of functional areas in economic zones:

+ Newly developed industrial parks: including 03 zones, specifically as follows:
. Gas - energy industrial zone and industries using energy and products after gas, located in Tam Quang commune, Nui Thanh district, with an area of 410 hectares;
. Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park is located in the communes of Binh Trung, Binh Nam and Binh Sa in Thang Binh district, with an area of 655 ha;
. Thang Binh Hi-tech Industrial Park is located in the communes of Binh Tu, Binh Trung and Binh Sa in Thang Binh district, covering an area of 310 hectares.
+ Tam Hoa port and logistic zone, located in Tam Hoa commune, Nui Thanh district, with an area of 50 ha;

- Land for ecological greenery and isolation: 750 ha, accounting for 2.77%;
- Land for rural residential areas and agricultural production: 4,970 ha, accounting for 18.38%;
- Protective forest land: 2,613 ha, accounting for 9.66%;

To assign the People's Committee of Quang Nam province to publicize the scheme on adjustment of the general planning on construction of Chu Lai open economic zone, Quang Nam province, up to 2035, with a vision till 2050; elaborate and promulgate regulations on management according to planning schemes; to organize the elaboration of construction subdivision plannings, detailed construction plannings and urban designs for functional quarters in economic zones as a basis for planning management and implementation of construction investment projects.
