DECISION
AMENDMENTS TO THE LIST OF HIGH TECHNOLOGIES GIVEN PRIORITY AND LIST OF RECOMMENDED HI-TECH PRODUCTS PROMULGATED TOGETHER WITH THE PRIME MINISTER’S DECISION NO. 66/2014/QD-TTG DATED NOVEMBER 25, 2014.
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;
Pursuant to the Law on High technology dated November 13, 2008;
At the request of the Minister of Science and Technology;
The Prime Minister promulgates a Decision on amendments to the List of high technologies given priority and List of recommended hi-tech products promulgated together with the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 66/2014/QD-TTG dated November 25, 2014.
Article 1. Change of names of some technologies and products on the List of high technologies given priority and List of recommended hi-tech products promulgated together with the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 66/2014/QD-TTG dated November 25, 2014
1. Change of names of some technologies on the List of high technologies given priority:
a) At No. 5: “Công nghệ đảm bảo an ninh, an toàn mạng và bảo mật thông tin ở mức cao” is changed into “Công nghệ đảm bảo an ninh, an toàn mạng và bảo mật thông tin”;
b) At No. 9: “Công nghệ mạng thế hệ sau (NGN, LTE-A, IMT-advanced)” is changed into “Công nghệ mạng thế hệ sau (NGN, 4G, 5G)”;
c) At No. 10: “Công nghệ ảo hóa và tính toán đám mây” is changed into “Công nghệ ảo hóa và điện toán đám mây”.
2. Change of names of some products on the List of recommended hi-tech products:
a) At No. 2: “Phần mềm đảm bảo an ninh, an toàn mạng và bảo mật thông tin ở mức cao” is changed into “Phần mềm, giải pháp, dịch vụ đảm bảo an ninh, an toàn mạng và bảo mật thông tin”;
b) At No. 18: “Thiết bị đảm bảo an ninh, an toàn mạng và bảo mật thông tin ở mức cao” is changed into “Thiết bị đảm bảo an ninh, an toàn mạng và bảo mật thông tin”;
c) At No. 22: “Thiết bị, phần mềm, phụ kiện mạng thế hệ sau (NGN, LTE-A, IMT-advanced)” is changed into “Mô-đun, thiết bị, phần mềm mạng thế hệ sau (NGN, 4G, 5G)”.
Article 2. Addition of high technologies to the List of high technologies given priority promulgated together with the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 66/2014/QD-TTG dated November 25, 2014.
1. Addition to the List of high technologies given priority:
a) No. 59: Internet of Things (IoT)
b) No. 60: Virtual reality; Augmented reality;
c) No. 61: Smart television;
d) No. 62: 3D printing.
2. Addition to the List of recommended hi-tech products:
a) No. 115: Embedded IoT solutions, modules, equipment, software;
b) No. 116: Virtualization and cloud computing software, equipment, solutions and services;
c) No. 117: Software, equipment, solutions, services for electronic government, electronic enterprises, electronic commerce, electronic training, electronic advertising;
d) No. 118: Virtual reality and augmented reality software, equipment, solutions and services;
dd) No. 119: Smart television software, equipment, solutions and services;
e) No. 120: Automatic software testing software, equipment, solutions and services;
g) No. 121: Information technology counseling and designing services;
h) No. 122: Information technology integration services;
i) No. 123: Information technology system administration services;
k) No. 124: Information technology system leasing;
l) No. 125: Big data processing, analysis and collection services;
m) No. 126: BPO, KPO, ITO services;
n) No. 127: Digital signature authentication services;
o) No. 128: Digital content creation services;
p) No. 129: Information security, network security assessment services;
q) No. 130: 3D printing software, equipment, solutions and services.
Article 3. Implementation
This Decision comes into force as of June 15, 2017.
Ministers, Heads of ministerial agencies, Heads of Governmental agencies, Presidents of provincial People’s Committees are responsible for the implementation of this Decision./.
